The KAISER 319 SW series is the latest addition to our twin cutter boring program. Designed for heavy duty rough boring and semifinishing operations, this new series is a unique concept that allows different roughing methods with no need to exchange existing components or use mechanical systems to adjust insert height. Simply reverse the insert holders to switch between balanced and stepped cutting!
Matt Tegelman, Applications Manager and KAISER Product Manager, uses this video to walk you through the entire process, from choosing the insert to adjusting the diameter. Save this video as a reference either for yourself or as a training tool for new employees.
