Developing a Workforce Culture

At BIG KAISER workforce development is ingrained in our culture. From internships to student visit days (when we were able to) to our affiliation with GCAMP (Golden Corridor Advanced Manufacturing Partnership), and donations to Miles for Manufacturing and the National Robotics League, we support the future of our industry.

As part of BIG KAISER’s on-going commitment to workforce development, Executive Advisor Chris Kaiser will take part in the NTMA’s Spring Conference session, “Does Your Company have a Workforce Culture?” Chris will share his insights on the importance of action and commitment to youth and employee engagement. Over the past 30 years, Chris has worked with schools, community groups, local government and trade associations to grow the next generation of the workforce.
