This memo is in response to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act signed into law by President Biden on December 16, 2021.

To the best of our knowledge, no materials used in the production of BIG DAISHOWA or our partner's products are sourced from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China. The issue of the Uyghur Forced Labor is largely related to the textile industry, which we are not part of.

BIG DAISHOWA expects all of our suppliers and their worldwide operations to conduct themselves in a manner that does not result in labor or human rights violations, such as the direct financing of forced labor, in its role as a responsible corporate citizen.
