California Proposition 65 Notification Letter

To: BIG DAISHOWA Inc. business partners located in the state of California

Subject: Proposition 65; labeling of products

With respect to Prop65, our hardmetal and tooling/workholding products contain cobalt and nickel which are known to the State of California to cause cancer. Our products will have labeling consistent with the regulations. As of October 1st, all our products that are shipped to California will include the following label:

California Proposition 65 warning label.

For very small packages (eg: inserts), the label is abbreviated to:
